For example, it is unavoidable that the normal operation of the system can not meet the technical objectives of the design requirements, the overall function and quality are not ideal, especially for a messy, large-scale monitoring project, which requires us to do the appropriate treatment to deal with the problems and ensure the normal operation of the system.
1. Equipment faults caused by incorrect power supply. There are several kinds of incorrect power supply: incorrect power supply line or voltage, inappropriate power (or inappropriate path of a power supply line, excessive voltage reduction, etc.), short circuit, open circuit, instantaneous overvoltage and so on. In particular, equipment damage caused by power supply fault or instantaneous overvoltage occurs from time to time.
Therefore, in the system debugging, before power supply, we must carefully and strictly check and check, and never take it lightly.
2. Because there are many connections of some equipments, if they are not handled properly, especially those connected with the equipments, they will appear the problems of breaking, short circuit, poor insulation between wires, wrong wiring and so on, which will lead to the damage of the equipments and the decline of their functions.
In this case, it should be calmly analyzed according to the defective phenomena to distinguish which lines have problems in connection with which ones have the defective phenomena. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the connection between the equipment and various lines in this case to meet the requirements of long-term operation.
3. Quality problems of equipment or components themselves.
All kinds of equipment and components may have quality problems, which belong to the quality problems of the product itself. Most of them occur in decoders, electric platforms, transmission components and other equipment.
It is worth pointing out that some equipment may not be unusable in terms of quality as a whole, but it can not meet the target set out in the product specification from some technical objectives. Therefore, it is necessary to sample the selected products. If it is a product quality problem, the best way is to replace the product instead of disassembling and repairing it by oneself.
