监控系统常见的故障处理方法!

在一个监控体系竣工以后需求进入调试阶段、试运转阶段以后才能交付使用,有或许呈现各种毛病现象。

1、电源不正确引发的设备毛病。电源不正确大致有如下几种或许:供电线路或供电电压不正确、功率不行(或某一路供电线路的线径不行,降压过大等)、供电体系的传输线路呈现短路、断路、瞬间过压等。特别是因供电过错或瞬间过压导致设备损坏的情况时有发生。

2、因为某些设备的连结有很多条,若处理不好,特别是与设备相接的线路处理不好,就会呈现断路、短路、线间绝缘不良、误接线等导致设备的损坏、功能下降的问题。

在这种情况下,应根据毛病现象冷静地进行剖析,判别在若干条线路上是因为哪些线路的连接有问题才发生那种毛病现象。因而,要特别注意这种情况的设备与各种线路的连接应契合长时间运转的要求。
In this case, it should be calmly analyzed according to the defective phenomena to distinguish which lines have problems in connection with which ones have the defective phenomena. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the connection between the equipment and various lines in this case to meet the requirements of long-term operation.
3、设备或部件自身的质量问题。
3. Quality problems of equipment or components themselves.
各种设备和部件都有或许发生质量问题,纯属产品自身的质量问题,多发生在解码器、电动云台、传输部件等设备上。
All kinds of equipment and components may have quality problems, which belong to the quality problems of the product itself. Most of them occur in decoders, electric platforms, transmission components and other equipment.
