由于保安工作的特殊性,保安员每天巡逻、站岗,工作十分辛苦。保证保安员每天有充足的时间休息,不仅是保证保安工作质量的需要,同时也是关心爱护保安员,保持队伍稳定,促进队伍正规化建设的一个不可忽视的方面。但目前保安员超时工作,打疲劳战的现象十分普遍。保安工作不宜打疲劳战,这其中的利害显而易见。保安工作不同于其他工作,保安员在执勤中每时每刻都要集中精力,高度警惕,以防万一,保证服务单位安全。如果休息不好,工作时精神不振,影响保安形象不说,工作中一旦出现问题,不能及时发现,妥善处理,后果是可想而知的;其次保安工作本身单调枯燥,而且耗费精力,如果不能保证每天有足够的时间休息,长期疲劳工作,很容易造成保安员对保安工作的厌恶情绪,影响队伍稳定。
