B, embezzlement of the location or use of fire fighting facilities or equipment without authorization.
C, violation of safety management and operation procedures and absence from duty resulted in slight loss of fire and fire.

(3) dismiss any case that conceals facts, does not deal with it, does not pursue it, or provides false information.
